The flavor is a nice mild minty it really does leave a nice fresh breath. I do have slightly stained teeth as I'm a pop drinker I did find right after using TheraBreath a tiny difference in my color of teeth obviously not perfect white as I've only have started using this but I do see if working much better with my stained teeth as I use it daily and longer. I find that its gently and no need to worry if will harm whitening your teeth. I found just a slight tingle from the fresh mint but nothing to strong or bothersome . I really like NO dyes. The bottle really stands out I really love the design you can't miss that its a TheraBreath product . It's a very explanatory on the bottle for whitening. I really like that it's an easy twist off cap as well. Overall I REALLY like this whitening product and will recommend very much so to others. Thank you Butterly for giving me the opportunity to try this whitening product as I don't really buy teeth whitening products.
