I purchased the L'Oreal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Foundation - Light Ivory for $15.99 from Future Shops new online Health & Beauty section. First off I bought this because of all the hype on Youtube. I had a really difficult time choosing a colour but I'm generally happy with my choice. Like every one else I don't like the packaging and a pump would be better. My first time applying it was a nightmare. I was way too heavy handed with it, it stuck to the dry patches and made me look like a zombie. My second time around was better but didn't cover my redness very well and still accentuated my dry spots. -

The total came to $74.95 with free shipping, initially I was very pleased. It arrived in 3 days which was phenomenal. Then I noticed an empty wrapper in the box that perfectly fit the L'Oreal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Concealer. The concealer had been opened and looked used. Gross! I emailed customer service and chose to return it to the store. I wanted to let them see that the product had been used so they couldn't just blame me. I dealt with a woman named Maria. Everything was going fine until she informed me I would have to pay shipping. I mentioned that the return policy clearly states if the product was damaged that the product would be shipped to the customer free of charge. She then said the shipping was free if I picked it up in store. I agreed to do that and when the product arrived it didn't look used, thankfully, but it didn't even have a protective seal on it! So I wasn't going to exchange it again because they clearly don't know how to leave the wrapper on! Lastly their price matching is such a joke that after a few enquirers on Facebook I discovered that you have to place an order online. Pay for it in full and then call customer service and go through every item that needs price matching and have them verify that A.) The price is lower and B.) That store must be in stock online and in stock in a store in Canada and C.) That store must be what they claim to be a recognized authorized dealer. It's just silly!

I purchased the Burt's Bees Essential Kit for $14.99 from Future Shops new online Health & Beauty section. Included in the package is 1 x Soap Bark And Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream (0.75 oz.) 1 x Hand Salve (0.3 oz.) 1 x Naturally Nourishing Milk & Honey Lotion (1 oz.) 1 x Coconut Foot Cream (0.75 oz.) And 1 x Beeswax Lip Balm (0.15 oz). I love and hate these products. The hand salve is difficult apply but works ok. The lip balm tastes/smells awesome but isn't very effective. The Naturally Nourishing Milk & Honey Lotion smells kinda funky but works amazing. I don't think the products match the price though. -

I purchased the Live Clean Fresh Face Trial and Travel Kit for $9.99 from Future Shops new online Health & Beauty section. Included in the package is 1 x Trial Size Daily Moisturizer 30 ml. 1 x Trial Size Daily Cleanser 50 ml. 1 x Trial Size Facial Scrub 20 g, and 1 x Trial Size Glowing Serum 30 ml. The packaging is great, I love the little tubes and clear bag they come in. Unfortunately the Trial Size Daily Moisturizer doesn't absorb into my skin very well. The other products work well though. -

I wish it was just blush because the small brush isn't very effective and it gets in the way of the product. -
