I have been taking Weliva for just over 6 weeks. As with any supplement it takes some time before you notice changes. I do confess I cannot comment on hot flash relief as I am past that point but the brain fog has def improved. I am seeing through the fog. I also noticed that I am not walking up as frequently and many of the other small irritants have been leveling off. I am going to continue on the pills for a few more weeks to see if my symptoms improve even more -
