NOW THAT I'VE TRIED HARD CANDY EYES THE LIMIT, near impossible to go back not using it. Helps either your liner or Shadow defy the limits of lasting before fading or wearing off over time.
Helps leaving your eyelid with a smooth feeling for nearly perfect lining and make last so much longer.
Eyeshadow colors that don't seem to show to well, overtop primer nearly any and every Eyeshadow despite color and or shade show in one swipe of the brush ! And pops too.

After seeing my first ad or commercial for Downy Rinse and Refresh solutions, been waiting to try it. I usually and still do use Downy Unstoppable Scented Beaded, another product I heavily recommend. Though some odors prove to be difficult, some musty smells etc aren't always defeated from them.
Downy Rinse and Refresh, is one product that 100% Exceeded my Expectations on this product.
