PanOxyl PM brightening patches are not bad. I tried them but I get occasionally single acne spots so not sure if this product is more appropriate for worst case acne. I did find it did slightly lessen the acne spot. The texture of my skin in the area was improved. I liked you could use the larger patch of cut into a smaller size if needed. I liked that it was fragrance free.

I’ve been using the Swiss Natural Papaya Super Enzyme supplements for the last week and about a week. Firstly as it’s a chewable I was very worried about the taste but the pills were very tasty with the papaya so they were super easy to take. I did find there was a reduction in my bloated feeling post meals. A great supplement. -
