As a new momma and arthritis sufferer, my body is constantly aching. I love using natural products and modalities to help reduce some of my discomfort. A great way I do that at home is with heat, massage, and essential oils. I love using Now’s organic sweet almond oil as a hydrating carrier and massage oil for my essential oils. It is so hydrating, gentle on the skin and it is a very versatile oil to have on hand for a variety of uses!

As a new momma and arthritis sufferer, my body is constantly aching. I love using natural products and modalities to help reduce some of my discomfort. A great way I do that at home is with heat, massage, and essential oils. Now makes the perfect essential oil blend for soothing sore muscles called Muscle Zen.
I add a few drops to my favourite carrier oil ~ I love using Now’s organic sweet almond oil, and massage it deep into my muscles. The massage and the cooling sensation from the Muscle Zen essential oil on my skin makes for a magical combination!
I finish this off with some heat from a heating pad and I am brand new!

If you love to spend time in the kitchen, then you have to know about Vida by Paderno kitchenware. They have such a beautiful array of products, never lacking in quality or elegance! Today I got to try out the Vida by Paderno Scraper Spatula. It’s feels great in my hands and is made from silicone, so it’s non-stick, heat resistant and will not scratch up or damage my non-stick pots and pans. It’s such a versatile tool, coming in handy while baking to scrape the sides of bowls and pans and even for just for stirring or sautéing your dish as it cooks.
I was so pleased to be able to try this Scraper Spatula and can’t wait to try more of their great kitchenware products.

Ther skin dies start to dry and flake in the days after their birth and this product really helps to keep her skin moisturized. The formulation is nice and rich with out it being greasy and it feels so nice on her skin. Best of all is from a brand we trust formulated without any harmful ingredients! -

I tried these Band-aids and they are definitely different from your standard band-aid. The texture of the bandage material itself is almost paper-like vs the plastic/ fabric ones I’m used to using. This means it’s comfortable on the skin and it’s likely limiting the amount of moisture building up underneath. The hydrocolloid gel pad inside is nice and long offering a wider treatment area. The adhesive is not crazy sticky, so these should peel off the skin easier as well I notice. Did I mention they are also waterproof?
Overall these are very handy to have in the medicine cabinet I think! Give them a try!

Hey y’all! Nexcare Brand has sent me their new Thin & Transparent Acne Patches to try out. I have been having little breakouts around my jaw and chin so these little patches couldn’t be more timely for me to test out.
If you are new to acne patches, they are thin, and very subtle when worn on the skin- the great thing is you can wear these during the daytime to treat your breakouts and most people will not even notice! Because they are transparent, they will blend into all skin tones!
They are made with hydrocolloid material to absorb any acne pus or germs. The acne patch should be changed every 8 hours or when the patch turns white.
The special feature with the Nexcare Thin & Transparent Acne Patches is that each one is made with little red tabs. These are intended for handing so as to keep your a new patch as sterile and clean as possible when applying to the affected area! The box includes two sizes of patch so you can customize your healing as your need. These are so great to have in your medicine cabinet, especially if you have teenage kids. I can only wish these were available when I was a teen!
