This product can help break down gluten but it can’t eliminate it. So please don’t use or rely on this for celiac disease.
For those who are just gluten sensitive as myself, I found this to be helpful. I didn’t experience any adverse effects from gluten when eating out and taking a pill before hand.
They are a little on the large side, so something to consider if you have swallowing difficulties.
I find they are a little pricey compared to similar “digestive enzymes”. But I would buy again since it did seem helpful.

This is a great garbage can for the kitchen. I like the wide profile which makes it tuck away nicely and not stick out very much. It opens and closes smoothly and slow closes so it doesn’t slam down on you. It’s a very big capacity which is great. But the best feature is that it does a very good job of keeping smells inside the can which is great for kitchen waste. Even though it’s plastic the build quality is extremely high and it’s very sturdy. I have no doubt this will last a very long time. -

This product really helped with my migraines and regular headaches. The addition of caffeine seemed to work well to help reduce pain. This combination seemed more effective than the regular OTC pain meds I usually take. The pill is a little large but it has a smooth coating that makes it easy to swallow and there’s no funny taste. I will definitely use these for my migraines from now on. -
