It is very smooth and very light on the stomach for sure I know with other electrolyte drinks it can make you feel very bloated really fast. These ones do not. I love the design of the bottle as well.

This is now one of my favorite ice creams. I ate this multiple nights in a row because I couldn’t stop myself from heading downstairs and sneaking a spoonful.
Is a very creamy rich ice cream with these swirls of caramel or maple and little tiny chunks of crunchy nut. It’s my favorite ice cream now and I’m so glad that we got to try it.
