Midol Regular
This is the only thing that helps me with my cramps and bloating, I have tried many other type of medications and find myself always going back to Midol, I have been using these since I first got my period. I would recommend trying it.

However, the flavour was good, it tasted like real chicken and was breaded nicely. I think the season that they use it great and not too salty. I do really like the packaging on it, I think it is cute and easy to eat from. -

I used this as it had great reviews with people saying that it worked however, I did not feel that it did anything for the pains in my knees or back. I will not be using this again and do not recommend it.
