I was referred to try this in the drug store I shop at, it does exfoliate, but it is definitely an occasional regime for me as I find the oils in it tend to make my skin break out.

Kraft peanut butter smooth
I have used Kraft smooth peanut butter for years in baking and for a quick fix when in a rush and do not have time to cook a meal. The only issue I have is it is gritty from all the sugar (that is an assumption) compared to some others. But... +
I have used Kraft smooth peanut butter for years in baking and for a quick fix when in a rush and do not have time to cook a meal. The only issue I have is it is gritty from all the sugar (that is an assumption) compared to some others. But in all honesty, I do not care for having to stir the natural brands due to the oil sitting on top, so yes it is a brand I do on occasion purchase. If I come across a more healthier brand I may totally switch, but for now if its on sale and I need some in the pantry, I will purchase it again. -

As for the effective cleaning, it definitely works, My mom even washed my hair when I was younger with it. And to this day it is my go to, I have tried a few others over the years but I always come back to Dove and it has come to the point that is where I will stay, no more trying others when this one simply works. -
