I tried this product to help. I found it’s a decent product but for me only paired up with a patch and the gum as well. I’m not smoking as much, but it’s still there. Maybe have to do some major life changes for it to completely work on its...   +

I tried this product to help. I found it’s a decent product but for me only paired up with a patch and the gum as well. I’m not smoking as much, but it’s still there. Maybe have to do some major life changes for it to completely work on its own. It does have a decent taste though, strong and minty.    -
