I just had this ice cream bar at my brother in laws. He loves buying new/interesting food products. Although this ice cream was good,.... it was a whopping 72% of your saturated fat daily recommended intake!!!! This is CRAZY! I think you can get other ice cream that is almost as good but better for your health.
I want people to know how bad this is for you. Try it if you like, but don't eat a whole box by yourself.

I bought this product after snowboarding this winter and came home with several bruises. One the size of my fist after falling on some ice. Having darker skin usually means that bruises are hard to see, but not this time around. I had a HUGE welt on my leg that quickly turned dark blue/purple within a couple hours.
After icing for a day the bruise and lump was still there. I didn't bother me too much since it was winter and I had long pants on and pain was minimal since it was on the side of my thigh. I ended up picking up this product to help with the bruising. I used it 2 days after the accident before bed. When i got up the next day, the bruise was significatly lighter. And after another 2 days, applying the product once or twice a day it was completly gone. I was plesantly surprised to see how quickly the bruise and swelling went away.
The product has a slight scent, but I love that its naturally sourced, not greasy and absorbs very quickly into the skin. Does everything it claims!

I started using this product probably 3 months ago. I still have lots left in the bottle, and that's with me using it once a day. It is meant to be a 2-3 times a week scrub, but i find it quite mild and very moisturizing unlike many other scrubs that leave your skin feeling tight and dry until you apply a moisturizer.
My skin is fairly normal (forehead and cheeks) but a little dry around my mouth.
I found that i have been breaking out a couple times a month, usually white heads. Otherwise my skin is pretty good. Since I have been using Burt's Bees Natural Anti-Blemish Solutions Pore Refining Scrub though, I only broke out twice in the past 3 months, my skin is soft, it feels well moisturized without being greasy, and i find that my pores look smaller.
The product smells a little clinical, but it doesn't bother me at all, and it is very rich in moisture. It doesn't foam up, and it leave a little residue on your face after rinsing. A little like having a little Vaseline on your hand and running water over it. Once you dry your skin though you don't feel the residue AT ALL. This product is great and has become part of my regular routine.

I received the Crest 3D White Vivid Toothbrush as part of the Chickadvisors Product Review Club. I wanted to use the product for a solid week before reviewing it. I also used this in combination with the mouthwash and toothpaste. Overall i notice a general whiteness to my teeth.
Although i have a few tea/coffee stains that did not budge. I usually use a bit of baking soda to remove these stains and will continue to do so in the future.
The toothbrush had a good grip and feel in my hands. The britles are soft yet still feels firm. It also felt like the brush was cupping my teeth since its concave. The only part i was dissapointed in was the 'tongue cleaner'. I found it to be completly useless and would not clean your tonge to any effect.

The whitening rinse had a good taste, sligtly foamed, and didn't have that crazy burning-eyes-tearing-up effect. Although a couple tea/coffee stains were on there and didn't go away, i DID notice that no new stains popped up, so its pretty good at preventing future stains.

The toothpaset has good foaming action, and a nice refreshing taste. The texture of it on my mouth was also good, i like the bubble oppose to the gritty feel.

So i'm not a huge fan of flossing and bought the Sulcabrush a couple weeks ago. So far so good! its designed so its easy to handle and my teeth and gums feel fresh and clean when i'm done. The bristles are tough and the brush comes to a point so it gets into the groves of your teeth. Its also great to reach behind that last tooth at the back. You get 4 refills, two brushes, one for home use with two ends and one for travel/on the go uses that has one end with a storage compartment. You can also mail in for a free travel pouch. -

This is a really great product. Light, mild scent, with a pearl like reflection in the serum. It tightens your pours and will give you smooth, even, and what i would describe as plump skin. I don't really have noticeable wrinkles yet but I'm at the 'want to prevent' stage in life. AND the effect is visibly noticeable and i've only been using it for a week. I have some marks on my cheeks that are a results of random breakouts i get from stress, these did not fade away, but perhaps with prolonged use they would, i have yet to experience this result.
BUT to be honest, as great as this product is, its VERY pricey. I got a small bottle of it in a gift bag from a friend which is why i tried it out. A 30mL bottle is listed for $102. I personally wouldn't purchase this product at this price and almost gave it a not worth it rating, but i know there are ladies out there that would happily pay for the amazing results this product gives. Recommended for those willing to dish out the cash.

The Red Bench is on 611 Yonge Street (Yonge and Irwin just north of Wellesley). This is a fantastic place if you love tea, cookies or frozen yogurt. These are the only things on their menu (besides the organic hot chocolate) To be honest I have only had their tea, organic hot chocolate and cookies, i have yet to have the frozen yogurt, partially because its cold out and partially because i don't get this trend of frozen yogurt that is happening in our City.
The Red Bench is a nice change from the typical stores found on this strip of Yonge St. The concept is organic and made to order. For about $5 you can get 5 small cookies and a tea. You pick your own batter & 2 toppings for your cookies, they make it to order, and its served hot (about 5-7 minutes wait)! Its a great place if you want to catch up with a friend over coffee.
Its a small space so seating is limited, and they only have 1 or 2 staff on hand. If they get a rush, you might find yourself waiting a bit longer.

This is a great product for the price and ability to purchase in a drug store like Shoppers.
I've been looking for a good exfoliate lately since i seem to get whiteheads and break out randomly due to stress or time of month. Luckily i never had this problem as a teen, and now that i'm facing it in my twenties i'm just learning how to deal with it. Although i enjoyed Dermalogica products, it can get VERY pricy.
I tried this out after seeing my brother using it. Its been about 4 months now and I found that is works pretty well. I broke out less and my skin felt smooth and soft. The exfoliate beads are not too abrasive. I have normal skin but my face can be VERY dry around my mouth. I use it about once a day, sometimes twice. A little goes along way, its been 4 months and i'm just about to finish the bottle. Plus it doesn't contain as many harsh chemicals which is nice too.
