I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately I didn't live up to them. It definitely does help with your hair, skin and nails which I appreciate. But, as for the hot flashes, night sweats, hormonal imbalance, mood changes, stress, and disrupted sleep it doesn't help. It actually made my sleep worse and my stress higher unfortunately. It also made my stomach upset when I took it even though I followed the directions exactly. I hope this works for other people because I've been looking for something to help with all these symptoms and I know others out there are looking for something as well. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me, but I hope it works for others!

These zero sugar triple immunity gummies are packed full of so many beneficial vitamins and supplements. They have as much vitamin C as eight oranges! They contain D3 as well and of course elderberry! They are sugar-free, gluten free, vegan dairy-free, and contain no artificial flavors. The gummies are a good size, not too large. They are easy to chew without sticking to each other or to your teeth. They actually don't have a bad taste, it's not my favorite, but it's not bad! The only downside is the serving size and recommended dosage is three gummies, which is quite a bit to me. The bottle comes with 45 gummies making it only a 15 day supply. But, these are super beneficial and will considerably help with your immune system as well as strengthening your body with that vitamin D in it. So, because these have amazing benefits, I would be happy to to take three gummies a day.
