My back starts aching and I feel tired all of a sudden. Uh oh, my tell tale signs of an oncoming cold. I mix up a packet of this stuff, drink it(yummy, btw). And don’t ask me how, but I feel better, more energetic. If I drink chicken broth simmered with ginger and get to bed early, the cold is not inevitable(I like a double negative)! -
