I take this right away when i feel like my period is going to come and it has helped me so much. My cramps are so unbearable and the regular painkillers like Tylenol and advil don't work at all but these gel capsules are awesome!

I enjoy drinking this everytime. The smell is kinda bad but tastes very light and refreshing. There's a subtle vinegar type taste to it but you can also taste the ginger, I really like this flavour. Just don't drink too much of it

I don't know if I like this or not. Sometimes it feels too greasy and leaves my t-zone looking very oily at the end of the day. I think it also moves my foundation around. I don't think I'll repurchase this.

Whether you have dry, normal or oily skin I don't recommend this for your face or acne as its way too harsh for your skin. I stopped using this on my face but I still purchase it to use as a foot scrub and it works great. -
