We loved this instant oatmeal! We really liked that it is a lot higher in protein and fiber than most other brands of instant oatmeal, and I appreciated that it came in an unsweetened option so I could control how much sugar I added in. It cooks up great with milk or water in the microwave and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast on the table in minutes. Kid and husband approved! The fact that it’s made with Canadian oats and simple ingredients makes it an easy choice for breakfast for our family.

These are delicious. I am a huge coconut lover, and I also love coffee, so I was so excited to try these. They are crunchy and sweet and so tasty. I do find more of a coconut taste than coffee, the coffee is more subtle but still there. I told myself I wouldn’t eat the whole bag and then I ended up eating most of them and sharing the rest! The ingredient list is short which is great, however these are high in saturated fats which I have to limit for my health.

Really enjoyed using these air dried millet noodles in my cooking this week. They are a healthier option with a boost of protein and fibre, and are made with wholesome ingredients. I used them in a homemade chicken noodle soup and they really took on the flavor of the broth. They are slightly more textured than regular noodles but I enjoyed them nonetheless. They were easy to prepare and I feel like they would do well as a pasta meal or a cold noodle salad too.

This is a 10/10 product for me. I absolutely love the versatility of this, it incorporates into my lifestyle effortlessly. I can pack up a serving to go for a snack on the road, and it blended perfectly into a smoothie and oatmeal. It doesn’t have a taste that I can notice, and it bulks up my yogurt. It keeps me full for longer than I normally would be and I know I’m doing something good for my health.

I used this on my leg, I have arthritis and suffer from overall aches and pains from workouts and being busy. I found this helped to relieve my pain fairly quickly, and I didn’t have to use a whole lot. It’s not greasy and rubs in easily. It’s also unscented so it’s great for taking on the go as it won’t affect anyone with scent sensitivity. It doesn’t have a hot/cold sensation either which I don’t mind products that do, but I know some people don’t like that. -

Really enjoyed using this protein pasta in my lunch this week. I cooked it following the package directions and it was perfect. Does it have the exact same taste and texture as regular pasta? No, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t tasty as its own thing. I had mine as a cold pasta salad and found it to be delicious and it kept me full. Not only is it high in protein but it’s high fiber and only has two ingredients, edamame beans and water! I love it.

This vitamin was easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and because it contains some of the regular vitamins that I was already taking, I was able to cut back on the amount of pills to swallow and just take this one. Even though it’s large, it goes down pretty easily with a drink of water. I feel like taking these contribute to my overall wellness and I feel better knowing if I have an off day with my food choices I am still getting my daily vitamins. It did turn my urine a bright fluorescent color but that is due to the vitamin B2 it contains. -

This was my first time using a truffle infused oil and now I see what all the hype is about! This really adds that something extra to meals and snacks that elevates the flavor. I found it had a garlic taste to it, having never had truffle before that’s the closest thing I can relate it to. I enjoyed it, a little goes a long way and I’m happy it came with a spray nozzle so I wasn’t too heavy handed with it. I added it to baguette that I toasted and then on top of baked brie and it was wonderful!

Love this bath sheet! It’s huge, soft, and so absorbent. It’s packable, lightweight, and stays fresh it truly does it all. I’m recently returned from a beach vacation and I wish I had of had this towel with me it is so good! I just love the versatility of it. I’ve been using it for showers at home and you can barely tell it’s been used it dries so quickly.
