I love the fact this iss made from natural ingredients, it's much safer, healthier and better for your boy esp at a time of so many hormanal changes in your body tryingh to hard to readjust. It works eonders for your night sweats , mine almosot competely stoped in the first week, I had less fatique and digestive issues and less to no headaches, This is by far the best product out of many I have trued for menopasual sypthoms, I had almost no sypthoms b the end of theb2 weeks

i did not care for the premier protein chocolate shake although a good value for your money and seems to have a good effectiveness as it supposed to replace a meal or just for a snack this it does as its extremely filling and can easily replace a meal and is very high in protein and is extremely great healthy wise it unfortunately tastes like chalk while drinking it and leaves an awful after taste in your mouth for hours afterward -
