I got this Gluteguard to try for free. I tried it a few times over a month when I thought I might have injected gluten and I must say it did help with the usual symptoms of being glutened. My symptoms were not as noticeable and not as long as. I would buy it just to have one hand for accidentally eating gluten. Very convenient to have in your purse to have one hand. -
