I started taking it on a Saturday. About an hour later I was sick to my stomach, this happens from time to time, thought I would stick it for a few days and see what happened. Continued it for a week… nausea continued. Spent the rest of the week in the same condition. On Friday u stopped taking it. Gradually started feeling better over the weekend. -

I started taking these a month ago. I was having hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety. Feeling tired all the time. Since starting Promensil I haven’t had any menopausal symptoms at all. From one day to the next it was a complete 180° change. I’m sleeping through the night again. I did check with my doctor to make sure it was ok for me to take. She didn’t see any reason I couldn’t. Make sure if you are starting this you check with yours.
