I save this tea for when I feel a little stuffed up or feel a sore throat coming on to help cure it. I love that it is with Matcha so I can intake all those amazing antioxidants and the ginger really brings out the flavour. -

I use this in the morning when I wake up to cleanse my skin before applying my serums and creams. It does a good job at removing impurities but I would still use a cleanser after if you have a full face of makeup on. -
