oh yeah ONE protein bar (birthday cake flavour)
I've tried my fair share of protein bars looking for something amazing... these however are not even close. They look so promising but in reality are a big bite of disappointment. Chalky, sickly sweet and don't even get me started on the intestinal... +

Polysporin® Eczema Essentials Daily Moisturizing Cream
I find this is one of the best products I've used. It's quickly soothing and seems to ease my flares better than even a prescription cream. Definitely would recommend it.
