I was very unhappy with my last appt at Donato's at Square One. I had my hair cut and highlighted which cost me $174.00. The highlights were fine but the cut wasn't perfected. After a few days, I decided that the bottom part only on the sides were still a little heavy and needed to be tapered a little more. The top, bangs and back were fine. When I went back to ask if they could fix it, the stylist decided I needed to rebook and pay again to get it fixed. Unbelievable! To pay for only 10 minutes to fix it? This is not customer service and not what I would have expected from a salon after being charged that amount! Donato is not one I would recommend.    -
