I watched the first 3 or 4 seasons on TV, purchased 7 seasons in stages, have only the last season (season 8) to buy yet. This is by far my favorite series, ever. Keifer Sutherland is absolutely amazing, playing the role of CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit) Agent Jack Bauer. Every season brings a different plot, and every single episode is sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat suspense. Miss an episode, and you'll wonder what happened if you try to pick up on subsequent episodes! We have "24-a-thon" nights, sometimes watching 6-8 episodes in an evening! Caution that it is fairly graphic at times, but it wouldn't be what it is without that. Grab your popcorn and drink, sit down and be prepared to put your thinking cap on, as you try to foretell the endings... so many twists and surprises. If you enjoy action /suspense movies, you will LOVE this series. -
