I am prone to very dry skin...even in the summer. I'm constantly on the look out for a moisturizing body wash that will quench my skin's thirst, but I've never found anything that was good enough. I think this body wash might be it. I've been using Dove's body wash for a while now, and while they are good - they were never good enough. Just after one use of this one, I found it had vastly improved over its predecessors. There's a noticeable smoothness to your skin as you step out of the shower. And after a week, your skin looks smoother and more moisturized. I was impressed with this product and definitely recommend it for those with sensitive or dry skin.
The smell is pleasant - not too overpowering or overly flowery; the way soap should smell - light and airy and doesn't compete or mix with your perfume.
Try this product - you won't be disappointed, hands down the best in the Dove line.

I LOVE this lip balm. I'm usually more of a lipstick and lipgloss kind of girl - but I wanted something with spf (this has spf 20!) to wear underneath my usual lip fare and decided to give this a go. It's really cheap so you can buy multiples to stash at home, work, purse, etc. It retails for approx. $4.50 at Shoppers Drug Mart.
The best part is the scent. My absolute favorite is the honeydew melon scent - it smells SOO nice and like the real thing - totally non-artificial. When it goes on, you get an unexpected minty feeling on your lips but it's not overwhelming, just enough to slightly freshen your breath. It also absorbs instantaneously and your lips are left moisturized but not greasy - which is important for me because I layer my lip products. This has officially become part of my core basic makeup stash.

There are 2 reasons why I hadn't jumped on the vibrating mascaras' bandwagon: 1) it seemed like all hype to me - a marketing gimmick, and 2) I doubt that it would eclipse my ultimate go-to mascara Diorshow.
After receiving the Pulse Perfection from Maybelline for the Product Review Club, I found this product confirmed my first 2 apprehensions towards vibrating mascaras. I just don't get the point of having a mascara wand pulsing while I apply it - are we really so lazy we can't zigzag the wand ourselves? I found the technology was utterly useless in delivering 'extra-special' lashes - which I would expect from a drugstore brand mascara that costs $19 CAN. Sure it's not as expensive as other vibrating mascaras (which I haven't used) but at that price I expect it to do more than just give me a 'natural' look. I like my lashes voluminous with a noticeable increase in length in comparison to my normally skimpy lashes, but the only noticeable difference seemed to be slightly darker lashes (although my lashes are already black to begin with), slight clumping with negligible lengthening. If you want a natural look I suggest using much cheaper mascaras that work alot better than this one. Overall I find this just doesn't deliver. I don't mind spending a bit more for mascara, but if I do, it better be amazing, and trust me, this does not come even close to Diorshow.

If you are ever in the area you MUST come here for ice cream - it is AMAZING; the flavours are unique - not your typical boring flavours, everything is homemade and whipped to perfection - there is something for everyone; it is so unbelievably fresh and authentic - from hazelnut, to creamsicle, to cappucino or tiramisu. The owner even makes his own special flavour called lukema (?) which is a fruit only found in South America and it tastes like caramel. The owner is very friendly and gives tons of samples - so many that you probably wouldn't need to buy a scoop, but you do anyways cause its so good! -

I love chocolate especially with nuts, icewine or coffee beans - so I kind of find these boring? I do like plain chocolate, I just expected a little more from this based on the product claims. I didn't find the filling to be particularly 'mousse-y'; with that said, the chocolate itself wasn't bad. I preferred the dark over the milk version (I received both from the Product Review Club) because it wasn't as sweet. All in all, for its price, it's not a bad value; it's good to eat as a quick snack - it just wouldn't be the first thing I'd reach for when I wanted to buy chocolate. -

I received this mascara as part of the Product Review Club and was really excited to try it....too bad it didn't deliver. In a market where most mascaras are delivering double-duty such as lengthening AND volumizing or lengthening AND curling, this mascara is a one-trick pony. To be fair, the mascara is only marketed as a lengthening mascara, but it doesn't lengthen lashes exceptionally well. I've used mascaras that lengthens better and personally, I want my mascara to do more than that. I don't know how much this mascara is, but I'm sure its comparable to other drugstore brands that deliver more. Don't bother trying this mascara out it's not worth it. -

Admittedly, it might be a little pricey for some people but it's DEFINITELY worth it. Especially for special occasions when you want your makeup to look immaculate, or better yet - as if you had no foundation on, this primer is an essential. It makes your skin supple and stops foundation from looking cakey - or settling into lines. Everything goes on smoother and better - blush, bronzer, eyeshadow. Since it's colourless, it does not interfere with your foundation colour like a tinted moisturizer might. Smashbox cosmetics are used in photo shoots so their products are quality-grade. Amazing, you will love how it transforms your makeup. -

This lipstick comes in a kit this year with a gold eyeshadow and a gold clutch. Last year I was so excited to buy it and they sold it alone. I was so disappointed to find out that I was only limited edition, so I made sure to buy it again this year even if it costs more with the additional items. (I originally bought it for $21).
I have been looking for a beautiful, sheer gold lipstick thats not tacky and works well alone or over another lipstick and this works perfectly. When I wear it by itself, I get compliments all the time on my lips, and how nice and plump they are - because its sheer it adds this beautiful sheen in the light and is perfect in all situations - be it work or school. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for that added oomph. it does not look like a slab of gold across your lips - a very sophisticated colour that enhances your natural lips or the colour underneath it. LOVE.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. hands down the best lipstick I have ever tried. I am more of a gloss person, but when I tried this lipstick I fell in love with it. It's super moisturizing and goes on very smoothly - just like a gloss except with more pigment which is what I was looking for. They have beautiful colours and a great variety. They are mostly shimmery but I assure you they are not tacky at all. They last for a reasonable amount of time, although obviously not as long as longlasting formulated lipsticks. Overall, I would definitely recommend going out and trying them - you'll be pleasantly surprised. -

This is the only thing I carry everywhere with me. It's amazing and so versatile, it adds hydration and a nice sheen on your lips, can be applied to any dry spots on your body and I even use it on my eyelids when I don't feel like wearing eyeshadow. My lips tend to be a little drier and this ALWAYS works. It goes on really smoothly (unlike Burts Bees) and you dont need to constantly reapply. The little metal tin it comes in is also really cute. If you're looking for a great lip balm that does the trick, you won't be disappointed by this - I've gotten all my friends hooked on it! -
