They will try and take as much money from you as they can even if you did not agree to give them that money if there are ever any mistakes made with your bill. They are thieves. They don’t care about their customers at all and won’t hesitate to try and find any way to rob you. If they promise you a service make sure to check paperwork because they don’t care at all what they told you you are getting it could be something else and you will get charged. It’s one experience but I spoke to a couple people high level in the company and both tried to take more money than I promised to them. They don’t care. They just want as much money as they can get out of you.    -
