It has many nuts in it and the Dark chocolate is amazing, they company needs to sell that on its own haha . I found this flavour to be a bit on the sweet side and it is something I would eat pre workout or right after one because it has many calories and id rather burn them off after I eat it. It is something would recommend to everyone because it is Vegan and people with many different food restrictions can enjoy it. It is also satisfying and a pretty thick bar which is awesome. -

Dawn is absolutely incredible. For a few drops there is so much you can clean. it is well priced and such amazing quality. it cleans my dishes so well and makes it easier to do so. it is my most bough dish soap and one I recommend to everyone!!
