mango Clementine is the perfect go to drink with only 3 g of sugar and 20 calories I can drink and hydrate without worry. It's full of antioxidants, vitamins and electrolytes. it's gluten free vegan and keto friendly. The taste is perfect the mango and the Clementine is so refreshing and tastes just like the real thing! the best part is there is no off putting aftertaste which is what I have experienced with other hydration drinks. Another plus is that it's even certified supplemented by health Canada. If you are looking for a healthy way to hydrate this is definitely for you. You can pick up yours at any major retail or throughout Canada!
I received this drink free in exchange for my honest opinion.

This will be a great addition to your summer meals be it charcuterie, BbQ or what I made.. You have to check it out!

Are you looking to eat cleaner? if so you have to try these. I recieved these animal free meat packages from @The Better Butchers in exchange for my honest opinion. the flavor I recieved were Natural, chorizo, and Italian . They are perfect for any everyday meal and it cooks and tastes like real meat. But here is the kicker, they are made of clean ingredients. we are talking oyster mushrooms, pea protein... nothing artificial . so I decided to try the Italian in my zucchini boats. I was so impressed with the look, texture and the taste . the API e level was perfect. I didn't even tell my husband this was not meat and he was shocked when I told him it was oyster mushrooms. I would definitely recommend trying this amazing brand. it is by far the best animal free meat I have tried !

If you are looking for a healthy alternative when you crave a pizza then Daiya personal pizzas are for you. They are dairy and gluten free. even the cheese is dairy free made with Daiya oat cream. You can do them in your oven or air fryer. I did mine in my oven on air fry mode. they only take 5 minutes to prepare and they are only 330 calories per pizza. The flavor was great and the crisp was perfect my only note is that the cheese didn't melt like regular cheese. Other than that they were awesome. You should definitely give them a try . They are available at superstore.
