I recommend this eyeliner to anyone who doesn't use liquid! It glides on just as good, if not BETTER than my MAC eyeliner did. It's only $3 at my local Walmart!!! buy it and you're hooked!! -

I always rub the excess on my elbows, it makes them super soft!! It also comes in a travel size too, which is perfect for flying! -
