I was very skeptical of this product as my past experience with frozen desserts (trying to pass as ice cream) was not so good. This wiped all that away. This taste amazing and I would not have known that it was not really ice cream if I had not read the container. It is low in calories, fat and sugar. however it does have sugar alcohol which can cause pain stomach issues if you eat a lot of it, which is easy to do with such a small container. The price was a bit high considering it isn't real ice cream and is a very small portion however I find most foods sold as "healthier" options are like that. -
