I am still learning how to use this as this is my first time using any product like this, but I cant believe how nice it is, its a little hard to get in the first couple of times but once you get the hang of it its easier and easier. it makes life a lot easier when your on your menstrual cycle. You can swim with it in run hike etc. everything you would normally do and no worries about leaking. you can keep it in for up to 12 hours per day. I love my diva cup and highly recommend it. -

My kids and I get colds sores and we had felt like it didn't matter what we used it felt like it would never go away until we tried this product it was so easy to apply and easy to use and we felt like it started to work right away with in a couple of days we noticed a difference in are cold sores and we have never looked back we always buy this and use this we have never changed to a different product it works great and the price isn't to bad either.
