The cold and frozen things were definitely still cold and frozen! We got a call from our delivery driver saying she was 20 minutes away and she was there at that time. And she was very polite and friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is the delivery fee is a little high but otherwise a great service! -
