Ive been given the chance to test out the new Dove Refresh and Care Dry Shampoo via @chickadvisor for a little bit now and have formerd my opinion on this product! I will cut straight to the chase and say YOU WILL LOVE IT AND NEED IT! I have tried many other brands of dry shampoo before and always had to work around certain cons of those products, like the over cast of white in your hair especally if you have darker hair or roots, as if you dumped baby powder in your hair! No matter how much you worked it in its still there, the smell too of other brands as if you just sprayed pure chemicals, which i know is what is made up of dry shampoo but you dont want to smell like it! Residue! Ugh the residue! Nothing worse than looking like you have dandruff! The Dove Refresh and Care dry shampoo has done none of any of those points i made! It does what is suspose too which is refresh your hair inbetween washes or give volume to flat hair! -

Been given the chance to try out the new Dove Coconut&Hydration;Conditoner via @chickadvisor for a little bit now and was able to form my opinion on this product! I would like to say is you need it! Fantasic duo! The scent is just a hint of coconut, non traditional to the usual dove scent or to other coconut infused conditioners which may be to much, the consistncy is just the same but the outcome is perfect! My hair is dry/damaged with tons of slipt ends, after use my hair is soft, shiny and just beautiful! I do have rather longer hair so the first to go has been the conditoner and with that i will be defitnitly be purchasing! -

Been giving the chance to test out the new Dove Coconut&Hydration;Shampoo from @Chickadvisor for a little bit now and do have a few remarks on it! First off I want to talk about the smell, its fantastic! It truly isnt a strong nor offensive coconut smell! Its a great hint. I find it very different from the regular/usual scent from dove! Ive always had good luck with dove shampoo and this is no different, my hair after use is always shiny very managable, i have horriable dead slipt ends and this has made it feel and look a bit softer and prettier! Will repurchase! -

I HATE IT! It does nothing for me! before applying for this, I did purchase one myself and gave it a solid try almost everyday, almost everyday I wanted to just throw it out! Its just aweful for foundation, the sponge itself is too tiny and very hard! The instructions say to wet under water and dry off on towel, well Ive did it and personally wetting the sponge does nothing compared to lets say the Real Techniques or Beauty Blender! Total waste of money! only thing i found it good for was to blend out concealer or applying powder to my under eyes! PURCHASE AT OWN RISK! I received this foundation threw Chick Adviser for review purposes, I was quit excited when I got the email as this has been my first EVER Chick Adviser review program since joining!
Firstly the packaging that it came in was soo cute that I will be keeping it! The packaging for the foundation itself is very cute, typical of Maybelline packaging for there "Dream" collection, with the brown/tan tube, Font/Labeling.
Researching the price in Canada for the Dream Velvet Foundation it is pretty expensive for being "drugstore"
as it is in the range of 15-17$ at local Shoppers Drug mart OR Walmart which would make it much cheaper! Also Mentioning the shade range, it isn't that bad with selection, but its either your shade or not, many are stuck in between shades like I am. The foundation I was sent (which I picked out upon apply) was wayyy to dark, (95 Caramel) I myself am tan/dark so I figured it would work because the shade 75 is wayy to light! (which I purchased myself before applying) So Im left with mixing the 2 foundations together to get "my" shade.
Personally I do think the foundation is worth the price! I really like the consistency of the foundation as it feels thick but once on the face it literally feels like your moving water around your face! so with that said, it feels pretty light on the face and the coverage is just beautiful! and it does have a good amount of wear time! Would Recommend you give it a try! #Maybelline #MaybellineDreamVelvet #Chickadviser

A drugstore version, this is such a great alternative to high-end versions and there's no better than Loreal to release one :) The price ranges from area to area, where as the retail price is less than 20$ , this makes it HALF price with all the same quality! With that said, you will not be disappointed about this product! Also this is compatible with all foundations, it does not need to be solely used with the Pro Matte foundation. A MUST for all makeup junkies :) -

Loreal has done it again with another great foundation for their line! Price ranges from area to area, where as in my area they retail for 20$ which is steep for a drugstore foundation but is totally worth the price. It has a nice matte finish for the face with build-able coverage but still looks and feels like skin. They have a variety of shades to choose from, not as wide as their "true match" line which may be a downfall for that one person who can't find their shade. Over all the Pro Matte line is fantastic! From the foundations, powders and liquid lipsticks! -

I personally use the gold, and like to mix it in with my foundation to give more of a dewy look, i like to use it alone over or with a moisturizer again for a nice glowy youthful look and i like to use it on top of foundation just for a highlight. It really is a great drugstore product and versatile as i said i like to use it many different ways so definitely worth picking up
