I think this is an effective product, as I did notice some improvement in my mental clarity and strength after consistent use. The only downside is that it has a gritty texture and powdery taste that I couldn’t get to fully dissolve into liquid. Maybe I could mix it in a smoothie to mask the texture. I don’t recommend just putting it in cold water. Regardless, I will continue to use it because it makes me feel healthier and more energized.

I am pleased with these pimple patches. They are a thick material and the adhesive stays sticky the whole time, so the pimple feels protected and the patch doesn’t feel like it’s at risk of coming off during the day. I like that the patches are nearly invisible, so they can be worn during the day. Once the patch is removed, my pimple is usually completely gone. I would purchase these patches the next time I need to get rid of a zit within a day!

I appreciate that I can taste each of the ingredients in this drink, especially the grapefruit, hibiscus and guava. Unfortunately, the grapefruit flavour is the strongest, and I sometimes find that flavour too bitter. I like the carbonation and that it takes very natural and not too sweet. I want to try the other flavours, as I’m sure I would like them more. It’s a great option for a mocktail and doesn’t leave you feeling like you missed out on having alcohol.

Curating your wellness routine, especially as a woman, can feel really overwhelming and confusing. The concept for Well Daily is smart, offering a number of bio available vitamins and nutrients that women tend to be deficient in, all in one. What a great idea! It is cost effective, and saves time, streamlining my routine so I don’t have to take dozens of individual supplements every day. My only complaint is that the pill is rather large, and I would prefer it to be smaller so it’s easier to swallow.

I love that this sleep aid is in gummy form. It makes it enjoyable to take and use. The gummies are soft and chewy—make sure you clean and floss your teeth after taking. I wish it came in a different flavour, however, as the cherry flavour is a bit medicinal. I found that I could feel the effects within 45 minutes of taking 2 gummies. I slept through the night and didn’t have the grogginess I feel after taking other sleep aids, like Zzquil. -

I like the convenience of having a personal-size meal ready in 10-15 minutes. While a frozen pizza will never taste as good as a fresh one in my opinion, this is a really solid vegan option for a solo pizza night in! -

I like the versatility of the crispy garlic. It’s fun to add it to pastas, burgers and salads for extra flavour and texture. The pieces are crunchy but not too crunchy, and they are packed with garlic flavour. I like that there are only two ingredients so I can feel good about adding it to my meals. My only downside is that the taste and smell lingers in my mouth afterwards—despite brushing my teeth and chewing minty gum, I could still taste the garlic after a few hours.
