I have mixed feelings about this one but it is still a solid option if necessary! I appreciated how easy it was to measure and give thanks to the dropper, which made dosing straightforward and stress-free at first. However, the biggest challenge was the taste, definitely significant. Also noticed staining issues, so I had to be extra careful during use. While I do think it did its job in terms of providing iron, wouldn’t reach for this one again unless it was specifically recommended. Would explore other options too for an pediatric iron supplement. -

I just started taking Swiss Natural Menolibrium to deal with some of the fun stuff that comes with perimenopause—like mood swings, night sweats, and trouble sleeping. So far, I’m pretty happy with it. The pills are easy to take, and I haven’t had any weird side effects. I like that it’s herbal (it has things like black cohosh and chasteberry), which makes it feel like a more natural option. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I already feel a bit more balanced emotionally, and the night sweats aren’t as intense. Still early, but I’m hopeful this will continue to help. -

So far, the experience has been positive. The capsules are a manageable size and don’t have any strong odor or aftertaste, which I appreciate. I like that it’s made with plant sterols and marketed as a natural option for cholesterol support. It feels reassuring to take something that’s not a prescription drug but still backed by research. Too early to say if it's making a difference in my cholesterol levels, but it’s been gentle on my stomach and easy to incorporate into my routine. Looking forward to seeing how it works over time. -

These pads are available on Well.ca, in-store at London Drugs, some Costco locations, and Whole Foods in Canada, making them easy to find.
