I've been buying the Iogo product for quite a while now. But it was the first time trying the protein category. I've chose the Black cherry variety and I really like it. The texture of the yogurt was perfect for a greek yogourt and the cherry at the bottom was delicious. I would've had more than one little cup. I really think it's a good product, it's easy to grab and bring in a lunch or for breakfast. Although it's a bit pricy. I got it free, but at my grocery store, it was retailled at 3$ for a 4-pack. in special. I think that's expensive that why I gave a 3-star for the value. Although, if the bigger jar or pouches would be available, I would purchase for sure ! It was delicious!

I find sometimes that the steps are off as it's on my hand, but it's pretty reliable in terms of heart rate and calories burned. I use it everyday at the gym and I couldn't go without it ! The only down side, is that it dosn't go under water. -

I used this dry shampoo when I came out of the gym and had to work right after. OMG, the smell of it, it absolutely worth it. A bit coconuty and chocolaty, it was perfect. Then, the mist is pretty consistant quand applies well. It soaked up the oil really fast and left my hair with a really nice texture and a bit more volume (which I already have). I didn't had any particle falling on my shoulder like some other dry shampoo would. The morning after, my hair were still ''clean'' or felt somewhat really good. They still smells really good and aren't shinny at all. I would definitely buy this product.

J'ai utilisé ce shampoing sec en sortant du gym. Comme j'allais au travail, je n'ai pas lavé mes cheveux. OMG l'odeur! C'est un peu de coconut et de chocolat, ca sent le paradis. L'application est facile et uniforme et ça prends pas beaucoup de produit. Ça laisse les cheveux avec une belle texture, et du volume (ce dont j'ai déjà beaucoup). Ça a absorbé l'huile au complet et n'a pas fait de particules comme certains autre. Le lendemain matin, mes cheveux était tout aussi beau, pas gras et sentaient bon. J'achèterais ce produit

As for the taste, they are my favourite one. They are crunchy and tasty. They also are super dense and they are nutricious. I can eat one when I'm on the go and it will last for a really long time. I won't be hungry right away. They also contain energy, which helps with my concentration and being awake in school

J'adore ce thé, C'est tellement relaxant. Je fais de grosses crises d'anxiété et ça m'aide à me calmer. Le gout est bon, un peu sucré mais pas trop fort. C'est excellent avec de l'agave ou du miel.

Pour de vrai, je viens de completer la premiere phase, et jai hâte à lundi pour commencer Beta! Ce programme, combiné à une saine alimentation donne des résultats. C'est vraiment efficace et rapide!

It leave a good feeling on the skin but also I really feel like it washes properly. This soap is now in my ''must have'' list.
You can choose the size you want, when at the store. I took one that was 14$ (pricy when you think about it), but it will last me for such a long time, than it is so worth buying. The piece is HUGE. and you only need soo much. If you aren't sure, you can always try it in the store. I don't regret buying !

I can get through a normal day and still have my lashes looking like it was in the morning. Absolutely worth trying and adopting ;) -
