A big thank you to #ChickAdvisor and #Aveeno for sending me a free sample of the Aveeno Restorative Skin Therapy repairing cream to try out. This is a fragrance free product but when you first apply it it does have a light glycerin scent. The scent disappears as soon as it’s absorbed into you skin. The formula was not tacky but i found it left a light residue. I prefer a lotion that completely absorbers into my skin. No irritations or negative reactions. #tryAveenoRST -

I received a coupon from Family Rated for a free pack of Dempster's 7" Original Tortillas however as I really liked the product I also purchased the 10" Original Tortillas. These tortillas were tasty, and they were really soft and fresh. I found the 7” tortillas a bit small for making a wrap but they were the perfect size for tacos and fajitas. The tortillas are very versatile, I was even able to use the tortillas to make campfire pizza pockets. I prefer the 10” tortillas for making wraps but I would recommend this product to family and friends and I would definitely buy this product again. #gotitfree -

This all-in-1 make-up remover and cleanser was gentle on my skin, it didn't sting my eyes or skin, and the product really has no scent (which is great for individuals who are sensitive to smells). However, I find the micellar water works better as a cleanser than a make-up remover as it works well for removing lipstick, foundation, powders and blush but I didn’t find it effective at removing eyeliner or mascara. Even after rubbing quite hard I had to use my regular brand of eye make-up remover to remove my eyeliner and mascara and they weren’t waterproof. I may recommend this product as a cleanser to a friend or family member but I wouldn’t recommend it as a make-up remover.

I have been on the hunt for a good body cream that quickly absorbs into my skin without leaving it feeling greasy and I have to say the Nivea Care Intensive Nourishment Non-Greasy Cream delivers. This product quickly rubs into your skin without that greasy/sticky feeling and even after you wash your hands you don’t get that slimy feeling that some other products have. I haven’t used the cream on my face but I have noticed that my hands, legs and feet are much softer since I started using this product. The cream has a slight floral scent and once it’s absorbed into your skin you don’t even notice it. I love the fact that this product isn’t in a squeeze or pump bottle as I can see how much I have left and I know there won’t be ay product going to waste. I also like the texture as it’s not too heavy. I think this is a good quality product and it will be a part of my regular routine. It is bit more expensive than the other body lotions that I currently use but this cream can be used on any skin, including your face. So, when I think of how much I spend on my face creams this offers good value for your money and I would recommend this product to a friend or family member. I recently purchased the new goldfish crackers that are made with 70% organic ingredients. There supposed to have resealable packaging but the tabs for the product I purchased wouldn't line up. Hopefully this was just defective packaging for this one item and not a design flaw. Although they have made a couple of changes to make the product healthier I really didn't notice much of a difference from the original goldfish crackers. Overall the product tastes good but in the future I'll probably purchase the original goldfish crackers as I can't justify the extra cost for the organic ingredients. -

Most laundry detergents are way too fragrant. So when I found Tide Simply Free & Sensitive liquid laundry detergent I was extremely happy as it contains no dyes or perfumes. It works with High Efficiency washing machines and it does a great job at getting the dirt out. Also it frequently goes on sale so you can typically get it for a great price, especially if you use a coupon. -

Typically, I use an unscented moisturizer but I wanted to try the Olay Total Effects because it has SPF protection. I’ve been using this product for months now and I’m really happy with the moisturizer. Although the moisturizer is a bit thicker, it’s easy to apply and it absorbs quickly. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and the moisturizer doesn’t leave your face with that greasy-feeling. Also, because the moisturizer has SPF it provides really great coverage on those sunny days and this product will be going on my next beach vacation. I also like the packaging as the pump made it easy to control how much moisturizer you got. For those of you who are sensitive to smells the moisturizer does have a scent when it’s first applied but I find this disappears once it absorbs into your skin. -
