You don't need much and it goes a long way!! It smells fabulous and goes on silky and smooth and very lightweight which I love!! Highly recommend! -

But I was looking for something that wasn't full of artificial ingredients and a ton of added sugar so I went for it! The taste is amazing and like I said they are a way better choice nutritionaly. But still a little pricey for me . -
