The first thing I spotted at the Urban Decay product display was the wicked cool packing! AND it was purple (my FAVE colour!) This, by far, is one of the most diverse eyeshadow palettes I've ever used. The pigments are strong, bold, and blend with ease and I can wear EVERY colour in the palette. It helps that I have dark skin and colour just loves my eyes! I would definitely recommend this palette to anyone willing to take the plunge and experiment with colour. However, make sure you have the proper tools to apply any eye shadows. Think of your skin as artist's canvas and use good quality, soft brushes, not cheap, rough sponge tips    -
