I’ve been using Bioteem Skin Health & Immune Support Fortified Probiotic in Strawberry flavour daily for the past two weeks.
First and foremost, I LOVE that this is a Canadian brand 🇨🇦 🍁 💪🏻
The product:
Formulated with probiotics, marine collagen, and omega-3s, it’s designed to support skin hydration, digestive health, and overall immune function.
In terms of how it felt in my body, the first week felt neutral with no noticeable changes. By the end of week two, I started to see a slight improvement in overall skin hydration. The difference was subtle, but my skin did feel a bit more hydrated than usual.
I deal with rosacea and eczema year-round and didn’t notice changes in flare-ups within this two-week period. I also didn’t observe changes in fine lines, energy, or mental clarity during the trial window.
Overall, while I experienced a small improvement in hydration, the results were minimal for me over two weeks of consistent use.

I tried Plantropy’s Jackfruit Pepperoni and love how quick and versatile it is to cook with. It’s entirely meets up to it's advertisement of being fully vegan, cholesterol-free, soy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and sulphite-free, while still being high in fibre and protein. I used it to make a pizza-style toast in the air fryer one evening when I wasn't all that hungry and wanted a quick meal. It has a smoky peppery flavour that's honestly too much for me. Although it won't be one that I repurchase, I am keen to try other products from this brand, because I love the concept and how quick it is to use in meals and how versatile of a product it is.

The minty flavour of the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse is clean and refreshing, and it doesn’t burn like some other rinses I’ve tried. I’ve had oral breath issues for most of my life, so I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh my mouth feels hours later.
Now, the whitening claims - I must say I was curious! My overall impression was that my teeth looks a bit brighter without the sensitivity that can accompany whitening products, a major bonus.
Ultimately, it’s a bit pricier than other mouthwashes on the market, but for a product that tackles both breath and stains, I would likely reach for it again off the shelves. Ps. It’s an alcohol-free formula.

I put the Blue Lizard Sensitive Spray SPF 50 to the test on a sunny day while I was out gardening, and I was pleasantly surprised. The fine mist application made it easy to reapply, and it gave nice, even coverage without needing to stand there rubbing it in forever. Because it’s a mist spray, there’s no white cast to worry about. I also really appreciated that the nozzle twists to lock, so it’s easy to toss in a bag without worrying about accidental sprays—super handy if you're on the go and want to reapply without fuss.
If I had to nitpick, the scent is a little unexpected—not your typical sunscreen smell, but not unpleasant either. Just something to note if you’re particular about smells. Overall, I’m impressed with how travel-friendly this SPF is. It will be regularly used this summer!

I’ve had acne on my arms and back for as long as I can remember. Finding something that actually helps has been a struggle—so I was excited to try this Spray. I tested it on my upper arm, and after just a short time, I could already tell it was working—less redness, less inflammation, and no sticky feeling! The fine mist makes it so easy to apply, even in hard-to-reach spots. It would also be great for breakouts on the neck and chin—just be sure to keep it away from your eyes. My teenage self would have loved to have something like this!

I had a pimple needed some extra help, so I tried the Panoxyl Overnight Spot Patches. These helpful patches contain hydrocolloid and work by absorbing excess fluid, reducing inflammation, and protecting the skin while it heals. They stay put, and blend into the skin, making them perfect for daytime wear too, even under makeup!
While my pimple didn’t disappear overnight, I had it on for only 6-7 hours and it definitely looked less irritated by morning. It certainly sped up the healing process! I gotta say, I’m a fan!

I was overall quite impressed with the TheraBreath Fresh Breath mouthwash in Icy Mint. What stood out to me the most was how long the freshness lasted when gargling – noticeably longer than other mouthwashes I’ve used.
My breath hasn’t been at its best lately due to some health reasons, and this product has been a welcome addition as a result. While the price point is a bit higher than other mouthwashes, I think it’s worth it if you’re dealing with persistent, bad breath like I currently am.
Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone looking for a mouthwash that delivers on its promises.

I recently tried out the PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches, having received a sample of them in exchange for my review - thank you Butterly and PanOxyl.
Firstly, let me say, they do work! I had this stubborn pimple that had been deep under the surface and left a mark. It was pretty impressive how the patch did so much for me without causing any irritation.
However, I must admit, the aftermath wasn’t as flawless as I hoped. While the patch effectively worked on the red mark left on my skin, it wasn’t as quick as an overnight fix for me. I think these patches would work perfectly overnight on what were whiteheads or recently popped acne (don’t pop them yourself!!!), but you might be slightly disappointed if it’s one of those pimples deep under the surface of the skin that you’re hoping to remove the red mark for.
That said, I do believe these patches sped up the healing process for me. The redness faded quicker than it usually does with my pimples, and overall, my skin looked clearer in a few days. With consistent use, I can see these patches becoming a regular purchase for my skincare routine.
I’d recommend giving them a try.

As someone with sensitive skin, I'm always on the lookout for products that cater to my specific needs. Aveeno Calm+Restore Body Wash caught my attention with its promise of being fragrance-free and paraben-free, along with its recognition by the Canadian Dermatology Association and its inclusion of oat, aloe, and Provitamin B5.
While I wasn't entirely disappointed by this product, I also wasn't its biggest fan. Despite its claims of being fragrance-free, I couldn't help but notice a slight scent reminiscent of salicylic acid, which was off-putting for me.
I also found that the body wash didn't quite live up to its cleansing claims. It didn't leave my skin feeling as refreshed and cleansed as I had hoped. Perhaps it's because of its gentle formula meant for sensitive skin, but I felt like it lacked the thorough cleansing power and lather that I look for in a body wash.
That being said, I can understand why someone with much more sensitive skin than myself might appreciate its gentle nature and subtle scent. And it's reassuring to know that it's recognized by experts in skin health. However, I'll be continuing my search for a body wash that checks all my wish list boxes.
