I got these in the mail to try for free. I really like the lemon poppyseed flavor. Its got a good flavor and you cannot taste the artificial sweeteners in the bar. I would definitely pick this bar up off the shelf if I needed a snack. Good texture for a protein bar but its not like eating a square or cake.

It contains sucralose but I couldn't actually taste the normal chemical aftertaste I get from artificial sweeteners. The peanut butter flavor is pretty mild. I might grab it off the shelf if it was the only flavor available. I like that its gluten free. -

Royal Canin Puppy Food
After having an unhealthy puppy that just would not grow or gain weight as she should, I believe that its worth spending money on quality dog food. I don't love that this brand is heavy on the grains but my new puppy is gaining weight beautifully... +

I don't love that this brand is heavy on the grains but my new puppy is gaining weight beautifully and growing as she should for her breed. We had bone issues and my vet is currently very happy with the way her bones have developed in the x-rays! -
