Vega one shakes are pricey but I believe that you get what you pay for and that is a high quality shake that is filled with great vitamins and minerals.
This particular shake kept my full and satisfied until lunch, I normally use it once a day for breakfast. I skip the weekends, as a cost saving measure.

I used the product as a shampoo and a body wash. The bar was very crumbly in the shower and made a mess of the shower floor, if it was dissolved properly. It was decent as a body wash, I didn't notice too much of a scent but felt very refreshed after using he product

The hand soap is very gentle and almost scent free. I found it worked great on my hands that have been dry and cracked from the long winter.
Product was a bit pricey, I paid 5.00 for the bottle, which is more expensive than our normal hand soap we use.

I had dry skin on the shins of my legs and decided to try the tea tree oil body bar by Paul Mitchell. I used the whole bar and my skin was noticeably softer and clearer from blemishes.
I purchased my bar at a hair salon but haven't seen it anywhere else, I do live in a smaller community.
Highly recommend for anyone who suffers from dry, itchy skin !!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream
A great eye cream for a bit of moisturizer on the eyes in the morning. I find that's it isn't effective in helping with the dark circles under my eye. Cream goes on smooth and doesn't leave my skin oily.
