I was fortunate to test this product and I am so happy I was selected because it is delicious! I love chocolate and peanut butter but I try to follow a pretty strict meal plan, keeping track of grams of specific nutrients. As far as protein/energy bars go these ones are not too shabby. While the carb count is a little high (typical of lots of protein bars) the calorie count isn't terrible thanks to the reduced sugar and the protein count is surprisingly quite high. I loved that there was 20 g of protein in the bar, other popular brands that market themselves as protein bars can sometimes have as low as 9 g. This was an an awesome pre gym snack, I found it had a really light texture, not gritty or dense like other protein/energy bars can be.I try to save thee types of bars for when I know I will be physically active otherwise they are just more of a high calorie treat. It was not overly filling so I didn't have to worry about it impacting my workout but it gave me enough energy to power through. The flavour was awesome, not too sweet, thanks to the reduced sugar, but it didn't taste like cardboard either. The chocolate coating and peanut butter didn't taste artificial at all. As a bonus, after eating it I didn't have any funky after tastes in my mouth, as some bars can often leave you with due to certain ingredients. Overall I would recommend this product either as an energy boost before physical activities or a filling snack to help you get through the day. I will definitely be adding these to my gym bag. -

The Greatest Sports Bra Ever. I have recently discovered the GAPFIT line, and while some of the products leave something to be desired, this is by far the best sports bra I have ever owned. It is comfortable in both its fit and soft material, it is very supportive with removable cups and it is so stinking cute with its criss-cross strap design. It looks especially cute under a tank where the straps are exposed. I live in workout gear when I am not at work, i go to the gym everyday and a big part of my lifestyle is cute but functional athletic attire. This sports bra checks both of those boxes while still being affordable. It is actually very similar looking to Lululemon bras but at a fraction of the cost with all of the quality. I wear this for HIIT, weight training and cardio sessions and it has never let me down, I love it so much I bought it in multiple different colours. -

"There are much more effective hand creams." I was super excited to receive this to sample and test it out, I am big on creams and moisturizers, especially hand creams. I often keep more than one hand cream in my purse for after washing my hands, or if I need a little pick me up during the day. My skin can be sensitive to some products and tends to be a little dry and I know Nivea is a brand that is often recommended for this skin type. I have used other Nivea products in the past with no issues. Also, I was really excited about the anti-aging quality, as I am pushing 30, and am more in the preventative stages when it comes to my beauty regimen right now. I used this product for 2 weeks, following the recommendations on the bottle, I used it in place of my regular hand cream and can honestly say it was not my favourite. Overall this wouldn't be my first choice for Nivea products, for starters it left my skin feeling very greasy, it did not dry quickly and I often had to wait a while before touching anything. I tried modifying the amount I used but it didn't make a difference. On top of the drying time the smell was quite over powering, very artificial and perfume-like, not the best for those who prefer softer smells. I found this cream, when it did finally dry, kept my hands feeling soft but there were just too many other aspects I wasn't a fan of. I do think that it's moisturizing qualities would help with the aging appearance of my skin, however I think I will try a different Nivea product and will not be adding this particular one to my purse. I do like Nivea products I just don't think I'll be adding this one to my skin care regimen. -

There are better Nivea moisturizers. I was super excited to receive this to sample and test it out, I am big on creams and moisturizers. My skin can be sensitive to some products and tends to be a little dry and I know Nivea is a brand that is often recommended for this skin type. I have used other Nivea products in the past with no issues. Also, I was really excited that the product was supposed to help tighten and tone my skin. I used this product for 2 weeks, following the recommendations on the bottle, I used it primarily on my legs and stomach area, and after two weeks I can honestly say I really didn't notice a difference. Yes my skin is softer and less dry but as for toning I honestly see no change. Overall this wouldn't be my first choice for Nivea products, for starters it left my skin feeling very greasy, it did not dry quickly and I often had to wait a while before putting clothes on. I tried modifying the amount I used but it didn't make a difference. On top of the drying time the smell was quite over powering, very artificial and perfume-like, not the best for those who prefer softer smells. An oily mess. I was super excited to receive this to sample, I have never tried a body oil but heard positive reviews about other brands. My skin can be sensitive to some products and tends to be a little dry and I know Nivea is a brand that is often recommended for this skin type. I have used other Nivea products in the past with no issues. Also, after reading the labels I was excited to discover that not only does this product claim to help tighten and tone your skin it can help with stretch mark reduction. I used this product for 2 weeks, following the recommendations on the bottle, I used it primarily on my legs and stomach area, and after two weeks I can honestly say I really didn't notice a difference. Yes my skin is softer and less dry but as for toning and stretchmarks I honestly see no change. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product, for starters it left my skin feeling very greasy, it did not dry quickly and I often to wait a while before putting pants on. I tried modifying the amount I used but it didn't make a difference. After the first few days the skin on my legs even began to break out, so embarrassing! On top of the drying time the smell was quite over powering, very artificial and perfume-like, not the best for those who prefer softer smells. I do like Nivea products I just don't think I'll be adding this one to my skin care regimen. -

A yummy protein treat. I was so excited to sample these, as an avid weight lifter and gym lover, protein and supplemental nutrition are an important part of my diet. I was even more excited to receive this flavour as it is one of my favourites. This was an an awesome pre gym snack, I found it had a really light texture, not gritty or dense like other protein/energy bars can be. It was not overly filling so I didn't have to worry about it impacting my workout but it gave me enough energy to power through. The flavour was awesome, not too sweet, thanks to the reduced sugar, but it didn't taste like cardboard either. The yogurt that coated the bar was awesome, it wasn't super thick, but it almost made it more of a candy bar than a protein bar. As a bonus, after eating it I didn't have any funky after tastes in my mouth, as some bars can often leave you with due to certain ingredients. The nutritional value was pretty standard for this type of bar, the carb count was a little high, for those that keep track of macro nutrients, but not as high as say a Cliff bar 25 g vs. 40 g. I loved that there was 20 g of protein in the bar, other popular brands that market themselves as protein bars can sometimes have as low as 9 g. Overall I would recommend this product either as an energy boost before physical activities or a filling snack to help you get through the day. I will definitely be adding these to my grocery list. -

We just recently put in custom concrete counter tops and were told upon doing so that we couldn't use a regular cleaning solution as concrete is porous and would capture chemicals like bleach, thus potentially contaminating food. I love these wipes are the are safe to use on my beautiful new counters and they do an excellent job. Dirt and crumbs are easily wiped away, I know my counter is being disinfected, without worrying about contamination and for a bonus they smell clean. -

I really like Body Shop's Tea Tree line. I love how the ingredients are harvested and that their products are cruelty free. I use most of this line, minus the day cream and find it to be very effective. As I am pushing 30, breakouts are very undesirable, however due to stress they are sometimes inevitable. I find this line does a good job keeping breakouts under control. I use the toner in combination with the night cream. I like that this it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a residue on my pillow. It is also great for removing any left over makeup from washing my face. It also seems to pull in the moisture from the night cream more effectively than if I didn't use it. This toner is really fairly priced, the bottle is quite big and a little goes a long way. I find may drugstore brand toners can be priced higher. -

I really like Body Shop's Tea Tree line. I love how the ingredients are harvested and that their products are cruelty free. I use most of this line, minus the day cream and find it to be very effective. As I am pushing 30, breakouts are very undesirable, however due to stress they are sometimes inevitable. I find this line does a good job keeping breakouts under control. I use the night cream in combination with the toner. I like that this cream absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a residue on my pillow. I also like that it is not a super thick cream, as that can cause extra oiliness. This cream can be a little expensive, given how small the bottle is, but when Body Shop holds their promotions it is definitely worth picking up. -

I love this cleanser, I have been using it for quite some time and have found it to be one of the only cleansers that actually does what it says it does. I have combination oily and dry skin and this cleanser takes care of both of these concerns, all while fighting my stress breakouts. I love how thick the cream is, it makes it feel like it is really taking off my makeup and grime from the day. My face always feels clean and fresh after using it and never looks dry, as I find some oil fighting cleansers strip your face of any moisture. The price is very comparable with other drug store cleansers. -
