I am trying to eat healthier and cut back on sugar and carbs. I found a recipe for a Smoothie that sounded delicious.
I was extremely pleased with the end result. The Smoothie I make using Almond Dream, is thick and creamy and very filling. I have it for breakfast or lunch when I'm in a hurry.
Here is what I do to make my smooth
1 cup of Almond Dream
a handful of frozen strawberries
1 cup of protein power
a dash of vanilla
a squire of liquid stevia.
Blend, until the berries are all mixed into the Almond Dream, pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
I haven the recipe to several friends and they have all enjoyed it.
