I started out just wanting to add fruits and veggies to my families meals but it has turned out to be so much more than that. I have one every morning on my way to work and sometimes every night for my desert. It has helped my indigestion and my sweet cravings. I have lost weight because I don't feel like I need to munch on junk. Totally worth the price and the amount is filling. I love that you make it and put it in the cup it came from. All you do is add a straw. I use Almond milk to help avoid the extra sugars of juices and the inflammatory nature of dairy.    -
