What a good product for a busy life! Practicle, easy to carry, effective and good for you. I tried this for a replacement lunch and it did fill me up and gave me the energy to carry on my day. The taste is a little too sugary for my taste, but I liked it. I also used it after training and it also gave me the boost I needed. Easy to find it in supermarkets and pharmacies, it as become a must on my buying list of the week. -
