I take it about an hour before a meal and I find that I am quickly feeling full after only a few bites. I haven't found any side affects other than the fact that I feel slimmer as I continue to take it and that's with just eating normally. I am planning on eliminating more 'bad' foods out of my diet and eating right so I expect the weight will just peel off. -

I have been using the Clinique rinse off foaming cleanser for years and it's the only one that I really love. It foams up well and provides me with a deep clean leaving my face visibly cleaner, softer and tighter for some reason. I do have very sensitive skin and find that since it's is 100% fragrance free that it does not irritate my skin at all. -
