The only down side was that they were hard to find. On the plus side this could mean they are so good they are selling out quick or on the down side it could be that stores are not stocking them efficiently.

I took these muffins to the cottage along with some homemade banana muffins. They all lasted for 6 days before being completely eaten. These muffins stayed as fresh as the first day on the sixth day. They were so moist and fresh. Unfortunately at the price of $4.99 for a package of 4 I can't say that they will be a new addition to my grocery list. But if we were heading on a road trip I may consider grabbing them as a quick and filling treat.

Becel® Vegan margarine
