Nivea is the best product out there!! Their products work,are effective and are honest. I highly recommend the toner and every other product. this is my go to product for the price and effectiveness ..you cant beat it

I love that each colour is made with green coffee extract to work as antioxidant for my nails at that they are formulated to let your nails breathe so you get your colour without the damage. I also love the colour choices, from light, muted or neutral, to wow, bold and eye grabbing. The expanding of the colours , the themes and the fact their moving into beauty products is even more exciting for us mavens who LOVE EVERYTHING -

Apply "wet" for more dramatic, intense color, or "dry" for softer, more shimmery effect. When "wet" try the deeper tones as an eyeliner.
It took quite a few strokes with an eyeshadow applicator to get the right amount of color that I wanted on my eye lid. You can use the eyeshadow either wet or dry to create a more dramatic effect or a more soft effect! ..I prefer to use wet as it gives thee ffect I WANT ....... Great to use when going out for a night on the town!
