This is a highlighter that i have received from the Ipsy Glam Bag subscription. I got a sample size and it retails for $35CAD at Sephora. I have nothing but love for this highlighters. I love the texture and the long-lasting effect of this highlighter. I think it works well on most skin tone (range from light-medium to dark). What caught my eyes for this highlighter in the first place is the fact that it doesn't have a glittery finish to it. It just have a lighter smooth shimmer note. -

However, after I have use this sponge for a month, I notice some tear near the tip. I am very disappointed with this since I was hoping to use this sponge for at least 3 month before repurchasing a new one. I am in the process to try other beauty blender dupes to see if they would come close to the original one at a fraction of its price. -

I got this micellar cleanser in the clearance section at Shoppers for $5. This product becomes the first time I have used this brand. It works well. It effective cleans off my makeup, even waterproof mascara. There wasn't much of a scent to it which is really nice. The only down side to this product is the price. If it is not on sale/ or on clearance, this cleanser ranges around $20-$30 a bottle. Which I think you can get a better deal with alternatives such as Bioderma micellaire water. -

At first I was quite unsure about the primer/moisturizer(For dry to sensitive skin) that I have received from Nivea. However, after I have tried it for a week, I become quite impressive with how effective it works and how it has not broken my skin. This is a great addition to a price-friendly, effective face primer in the drug store. The Nivea 3 in 1 Micellar water is alright. It does its job well and the smell is almost scent-less, which is perfect for me. -

I received this as a free sample in the mail. The facial scrubs feels very nice on the skin and it does a good job of pulling out the dirts from my pores. Unlike what some comments said, it doesn't make my skin really soft after washing it, but it does make me feel super clean. The recommended instruction on the face wash is to use it every day, which I don't recommend doing since it will make your pore even bigger over time. I think it is suffice if you use it twice a week.

I love this product for its cute packaging and nice smell. Other than that, I regret purchasing it. It does nothing for my dry lips. It doesn't locked in the moisture in my lips and no matter how many times I have applied it over the day, it is still not that effective. Pretty disappointed for a brand recognized for its organic ingredients and the model that promotes skin care and lip care rejuvenation. -

This is honestly in my opinion to be the best drug store products for extremely dried lips. The price of this lip balm is on the higher range for a drug-store product (around $9 at Shoppers), but the quality and the effectiveness of this balm is worth every penny. This balm stick has a slight cherry-scent to it and it glides on smoothly over my dried winter lips. You do have to reapply the balms several times over the day, but you can feel that it locks in the moisture fairly well immediately after application. -

Essence eyeliner is a gem in the haystack. I have tried their lipstick and face makeup before, but I never really fell in love with in until I tried their superfine waterproof eyeliner pen. I have oily eye lids and I can testify that it really does to what it promises to do. It doesn't smudge at all when i work in the kitchen or play outside with the kids in the summer. I love it. -
