The taste is not that great, as it does taste quite medicinal. The treatment was easy to follow, and I didn’t notice any major side effects, which was a plus. However, the pouches aren’t as effective as I hoped and the relief wasn’t as consistent as I wanted. Overall, it’s a decent option, but it may not work equally well for everyone. -
